Foori POS vs itKINS

Checked against their own site on . We have no relationship with them and nothing here is their wording unless it is linked.

Where we stand

The honest version

If price is the only axis, itKINS wins the first comparison. PKR 2,000 a month is below our Lite tier and we are not going to pretend otherwise.

What is different is what the product is for. itKINS sells one POS across retail, pharmacy, grocery and distribution, from a company whose catalogue also carries IT services and training courses. Foori is a restaurant system and nothing else — the tables, the shifts, the kitchen screen, the recipes behind a dish, the ordering channel your customers use. Breadth is genuinely useful if you run a pharmacy and a takeaway. It is not what you are buying if the question is how a karahi order reaches the kitchen.

The other difference is what happens after the money changes hands. Their startup fee of PKR 15,000 is due to start; our setup fee is not due until your staff are trained and you are serving on it. On 10 August 2026 we could not find a contract term, a refund term or any uptime commitment published on their site.

Every claim in the itKINS column links to the page we took it from, on their own site, opened in a new tab. We checked on 10 August 2026. "Not published" means we could not find it stated publicly that day — it does not mean the answer is no, and the fastest way to settle one of these rows is to ask them.

Credit where it is due

Where itKINS is strong

A comparison page that finds nothing good to say about the other vendor is an advert. These are the reasons a restaurant would reasonably buy theirs instead.

  • The lowest published entry price of the three

PKR 2,000 a month is under our Lite tier, and the annual option at PKR 10,000 a year is well under anything we sell. Their startup fee of PKR 15,000 is higher than our Lite setup, but the monthly number is the one an owner compares first, and theirs is lower.

    Their source

  • Offline mode, which we do not have

They describe sales, billing and inventory stored locally and syncing when the connection returns. We do not ship that today.

    Their source

  • Compliance is the thing they lead with

FBR-compliant invoicing with NTN display, tax reporting for filings, invoice verification for the FBR lucky draw, and SRB support for Sindh. If a tax notice is what sent you looking for a POS, that focus is worth something.

Where we differ

What Foori does differently

The same four on every comparison page, because they are the same four whoever you are weighing us against.

  1. 01

You see it running on your phone before you pay anything

A working POS on your own phone in the first meeting. You do not have to buy hardware or book an install visit before you can judge it.

  2. 02

Your own ordering channel, at 0% commission

Your own branded ordering channel, built into the POS rather than bolted on. We take no commission on what it sells.

  3. 03

Support is the people who write the software

The WhatsApp line goes to the people who build the product, not to a ticket queue. That is a real advantage now and an honest one to lose later, when there are too many restaurants for it to hold.

  4. 04

    A written uptime commitment

If Foori POS is down while you are serving, that month is free. We could not find a POS vendor in this market publishing any commitment about uptime, and the one that addresses it at all rules it out.
