We are in the same city as your counter
Setup happens at your restaurant. We install it, enter your menu ourselves, and run two training sessions with your staff. When something needs fixing afterwards, the WhatsApp line reaches the people who work on the product rather than a ticket queue in another country.
The uptime term is written against your service hours rather than office hours. A kitchen taking its last order after midnight is covered at that hour exactly as it is at eight in the evening. If Foori POS is down while you are serving, that month is free.
Restaurants in Punjab answer to the Punjab Revenue Authority as well as the FBR. Compliance is a paid add-on rather than something folded into the tier price, and the dedicated retail compliance tier is on the roadmap and has not shipped.
None of this needs a visit to try. Tell us where your kitchen is, Gulberg or Johar Town or somewhere we have not been yet, and we will come with a phone and nothing else, put one of your own dishes through it, and leave you to think about it.

Billed quarterly. On an annual plan you pay for 10 months and get 12, with 50% off the setup fee. Setup covers installation, your menu entered for you, and two staff training sessions.

Setup fee payable on go-live, not signature
The setup fee falls due the day your restaurant is live and your staff are trained, not the day you sign.

30-day money-back on setup
If we do not get you live and trained, ask for the setup fee back within 30 days.

No lock-in and no annual contract. You can leave at the end of any month.

Do you come to the restaurant, or is this all remote?

The first look needs no visit at all, because Foori POS runs on the phone in your pocket and you can see a real order go through it before you agree to anything.
What happens if the POS goes down in the middle of Saturday dinner service?
That month is free. The uptime term is written against your service hours rather than office hours, so a kitchen still taking orders after midnight is covered at that hour. Tell us on WhatsApp when it happens.
Do you handle PRA and FBR invoicing for a Lahore restaurant?
Compliance with the FBR and the Punjab Revenue Authority is sold as a paid add-on rather than folded into the tier price, and the Foori POS pricing page lists what it costs. The dedicated retail compliance tier is on the roadmap and has not shipped. Ask what the add-on covers before you buy it.
How soon can we go live?
We will not give you a date before we have seen your menu. What we will commit to is the money. The setup fee falls due the day you are live and your staff are trained, not the day you sign, and if we never get you there you can ask for it back within 30 days.
