Foori POSBook a demo

Our guarantee

If the POS goes down while you are serving, that month is free

That is one of four terms Foori puts in writing, and all four are below in full. We could not find another POS vendor in this market publishing any commitment about uptime at all.

The terms

Four terms, and why we can write them down

The same four apply on every tier, whichever plan you buy.

  1. Term 01

Setup fee payable on go-live, not signature

The setup fee falls due the day your restaurant is live and your staff are trained, not the day you sign.

A setup fee usually pays for work nobody has done yet. Setup covers installation, your menu entered for you, and two staff training sessions. It falls due once all three are done.

  2. Term 02

    30-day money-back on setup

If we do not get you live and trained, ask for the setup fee back within 30 days.

Term 01 handles the ordinary case. This one handles the case where we called it live and your staff still cannot work it.

  3. Term 03

    Month to month

No lock-in and no annual contract. You can leave at the end of any month.

An annual contract makes a vendor's next twelve months safe whether the product earns them or not. We would rather earn the next month. The annual plan we sell stays optional.

  4. Term 04

Downtime during your service hours makes that month free

If Foori POS is down while you are serving, that month is free.

Service hours are the hours your restaurant is open and serving. If Foori POS is down inside them the whole month is free, not a pro-rated slice. Tell us on WhatsApp.

No fine print

No exclusions list sits under these four terms, and nothing further down qualifies them. If one ever becomes necessary it appears here, not in a contract we hand you later.

What we are not claiming

What this page does not say

Things we cannot back up yet, so we are not saying them.

  • No customer count, and no testimonials

We are new, so any number we printed today would be small or invented. When a restaurant agrees to be named, we will name it.

  • No uptime percentage

An honest one needs a year of measurement we have not run. Term 04 is what we can put in writing instead.

  • Offline mode is not a feature we sell

It is on the roadmap and has not shipped. Ask where it stands before you plan around it.

  • FBR compliance is an add-on, not a tier

FBR and PRA compliance is an add-on at PKR 2,000 a month. The dedicated retail compliance tier is roadmap, not shipped.
