Restaurant POS system for Islamabad kitchens

What is a restaurant POS system?

A point of sale (POS) system handles orders, billing, menu management, and reporting from a single device. Foori is POS software built for restaurants in Pakistan and works entirely on your phone—no expensive hardware needed.

Start free, keep what works

Open an account and run real orders for fourteen days with no card or commitment. If you prefer us to handle setup—installation, menu entry, and staff training—that service costs money, but only if you ask for it. When issues arise, the WhatsApp line connects you to Foori’s product team, not an outsourced support desk.

Reliable uptime for dinner service

Uptime is guaranteed against your service hours, not office hours. A kitchen taking orders after midnight has the same coverage as one at dinner time. If Foori goes down while you are serving, that month is free.

FBR compliance for Islamabad

Islamabad restaurants answer to the FBR for tax invoicing. Foori handles FBR compliance as a paid add-on—not in the base tier, because compliance rules change. The full retail compliance tier is roadmap. Learn what’s included in our compliance guide.

Core features for your restaurant

  • Order management: Counter, dine-in, takeaway, delivery on one screen
  • Menu and pricing: Change items and prices in seconds, sync to all devices
  • Billing system: Print bills, GST, FBR-ready invoices, payment tracking
  • Sales reports: Real-time and historical reports by hour or item
  • Offline capability: Keep working if internet drops; sync when back online (roadmap—ask if you need it)

How Foori compares to other POS options

See how Foori stacks up against other restaurant management systems—we review competitors fairly so you can decide what fits your kitchen.

See it working

No installation visit required to try. If you want us to show you how it works rather than figure it out on your own, tell us where in Islamabad your kitchen is—F-7, G-6, or nearby—and we will come with a phone and show you.

Mapped restaurants in Islamabad, rounded. The real number is higher, because plenty of kitchens never make it onto a map.

Plans

Three tiers, priced per branch

The same three tiers and the same prices in every city. The tier decides how many devices work at once and how much of the back office comes with it.

  • Lite

PKR 2,000per branch, per monthSetup if you want it, PKR 5,000

Single branch and device, five users. Catalog, orders, receipts, cash drawer and the daily sales report.

  • Standard

PKR 4,500per branch, per monthSetup if you want it, PKR 7,500

Three branches and devices, desktop app with thermal printing. Tables, shifts, staff roles, tax, inventory and suppliers.

  • Pro

PKR 7,500per branch, per monthSetup if you want it, PKR 10,000

Unlimited branches and devices, kitchen display, multi-branch console, analytics, promotions, own-channel ordering and a dedicated account manager.

Billed quarterly. Setup is optional. Sign yourself up and run it yourself and you pay nothing beyond the monthly price. If you would rather we did it, setup covers installation, your menu entered for you, and two staff training sessions, at the price against your tier. On an annual plan you pay for 10 months and get 12, and setup is half price if you buy it.

Our terms, in writing

The same four terms, wherever your restaurant is

  1. 01

If you buy setup, you pay on go-live

Setup is optional. If you ask us to do it, the fee falls due the day your restaurant is live and your staff are trained, not the day you sign.

  2. 02

    30-day money-back on setup

If you bought setup and we did not get you live and trained, ask for the fee back within 30 days.

  3. 03

    Month to month

No lock-in and no annual contract. You can leave at the end of any month.

  4. 04

Downtime during your service hours makes that month free

If Foori POS is down while you are serving, that month is free.

Questions

What owners in Islamabad ask us

Do you come to the restaurant, or is this all remote?

Whichever you prefer. Most owners start on their own — sign up, put your menu in, and run real orders for fourteen days without anybody visiting. If you would rather hand that work over, we will come to your restaurant, install it, enter your menu and run two training sessions with your staff. That is the setup service, and it is charged only if you ask for it.

What happens if the POS goes down in the middle of dinner service?

That month is free. The uptime term is written against your service hours rather than office hours, so a kitchen still taking orders after midnight is covered at that hour. Tell us on WhatsApp when it happens.

Do you handle FBR invoicing for Islamabad restaurants?

Compliance with the FBR is sold as a paid add-on rather than folded into the tier price, and the Foori POS pricing page lists what it costs. The dedicated retail compliance tier is on the roadmap and has not shipped. Ask what the add-on covers before you buy it.

How soon can we go live?

Today, if you are doing it yourself — the account is open as soon as you make it. If you have asked us to do the setup, we will not give you a date before we have seen your menu, but we will commit to the money — that fee falls due the day you are live and your staff are trained, not the day you sign, and if we never get you there you can ask for it back within 30 days.

Next step

Two ways in, and neither costs anything

Open an account and run Foori POS on your own phone for fourteen days before we ask you for anything. Or send a message and we will set up a demo instead.
