What buying this looks like from another city
Foori POS opens in a browser. There is nothing to install to see it and nothing to install to run it, so the distance between us and your counter is not a technical problem. It is a service question, and it is a fair one to ask before you pay: what does setup look like if you are not in our city? Ask us that first, and we will not dress up the answer.
Everything is priced in rupees, per branch, per month, and billed quarterly. There is no annual contract to sign and no notice period to serve, so the risk of buying from a company in another city stays small. You can stop at the end of any month.
The term that matters most from a distance is the first one. The setup fee falls due the day you are live and your staff are trained, not the day you sign. If we cannot get you there we have not earned it, and you have 30 days to ask for it back.
Sales tax on services is administered province by province, so what compliance means depends on where you are. FBR and PRA compliance is a paid add-on rather than part of the tier price, and the dedicated retail compliance tier is on the roadmap and has not shipped. Ask us about your province before you buy it.

Billed quarterly. On an annual plan you pay for 10 months and get 12, with 50% off the setup fee. Setup covers installation, your menu entered for you, and two staff training sessions.

If we do not get you live and trained, ask for the setup fee back within 30 days.

Downtime during your service hours makes that month free
If Foori POS is down while you are serving, that month is free.

What owners in Pakistan ask us
We are not in Lahore. Can we still use Foori POS?
The product, yes. The web POS runs in any browser and the mobile POS runs on your own phone, so you can watch a real order go through it today without anybody travelling. Setup is the part worth a conversation. We are based in Lahore, so tell us your city and we will say what installation and training look like there before you pay anything.
Are prices in rupees?
Yes. Every price on this site is in Pakistani rupees, per branch, per month, billed quarterly. There is no dollar pricing and no currency surcharge, so the number you read is the number you are invoiced.
Do you support FBR and provincial sales tax invoicing?
Compliance is sold as a paid add-on rather than folded into the tier price, and the dedicated retail compliance tier is on the roadmap and has not shipped. Sales tax on services is administered province by province, so ask what we support in yours before you buy the add-on.
What if it goes down and you are hours away?
Distance does not change the term. If Foori POS is down while you are serving, that month is free, wherever your restaurant is. It is written down rather than promised in a meeting.
