Three tiers, priced per branch, per month. Billed quarterly. Setup is optional, and free if you do it yourself. The four terms under the table apply on every tier.
Before you pay anything
Fourteen days free, and no card to start
Open an account and start using Foori POS today. There is nothing to install, nobody has to visit you, and we do not ask for card details to begin. When the fourteen days are up you have three more days to choose a plan. After that the account stops until a plan is paid for — nothing is deleted, and you can pay from inside the app without talking to anyone.

Lite includes 1 branch, Standard includes 3, and Pro includes unlimited branches. The multi-branch console (see all branches in one dashboard) is included with Pro. If you need more branches on Lite or Standard, upgrade to the next tier. Setup is optional. Sign yourself up and run it yourself and you pay nothing beyond the monthly price. If you would rather we did it, setup covers installation, your menu entered for you, and two staff training sessions, at the price against your tier. Extra devices and extra users are add-ons, available on any tier.
Paying annually
On an annual plan you pay for 10 months and get 12, and setup is half price if you buy it. Paying annually is optional. The month-to-month terms below still apply, so you get the discount without giving up the right to leave.

If you buy setup, you pay on go-live
Setup is optional. If you ask us to do it, the fee falls due the day your restaurant is live and your staff are trained, not the day you sign.

30-day money-back on setup
If you bought setup and we did not get you live and trained, ask for the fee back within 30 days.

Month to month
No lock-in and no annual contract. You can leave at the end of any month.

Downtime during your service hours makes that month free
If Foori POS is down while you are serving, that month is free.

FBR and PRA compliance is sold as the add-on above. A dedicated retail compliance tier is on the roadmap and has not shipped yet, so ask us where it stands before you count on it.
Questions
The questions owners ask first
How long is the free trial, and what happens at the end of it?
Fourteen days, and we do not ask for card details to start. You open the account yourself and use it the same day. When the fourteen days are up you have three more days to choose a plan; after that the account stops until one is paid for. Nothing is deleted, and you can pay inside the app without talking to anybody.
Do I have to pay a setup fee?
Only if you want us to do the work. Sign up and set yourself up and there is no setup fee and no training fee — the monthly price is the whole bill. If you would rather we installed it, entered your menu and trained your staff, that is the setup price against your tier, and it falls due the day you are live and trained rather than the day you sign.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Foori POS is month to month, billed quarterly, and there is no annual contract. An annual plan is there if you want it: pay for 10 months, get 12, and setup at half price if you buy it.
I have more than one branch. How does that get billed?
Lite includes 1 branch, Standard includes 3, and Pro includes unlimited branches. The multi-branch console (see all branches in one dashboard) is included with Pro. If you need more branches on Lite or Standard, upgrade to the next tier. The console is the reason for the difference: it is what lets you see the branches together rather than logging into each one, and it is also what makes the second branch cheaper than the first.
What happens if I want to cancel?
You stop at the end of the month. There is no notice period to serve and no cancellation fee, because there is no annual term to break. If you bought setup, you are inside the first 30 days and we never got you live and trained, that fee comes back too.
Do I have to buy hardware?
No. The web POS runs in any browser and the mobile POS runs on the phone already in your pocket, on every tier. Standard and Pro add a desktop app with native thermal printing if you want a printed receipt. If you would rather buy the equipment from us, the hardware bundle is an add-on at PKR 45,000.
Can I see it working before I pay anything?
Yes, two ways, and neither costs anything. Open an account and run it yourself for fourteen days with no card. Or ask for a demo and we will open Foori POS on your own phone in the first meeting and put a real order through it. You do not install anything either way.
